Saucy Nosh started as a passion project inspired by family, flavor, and tradition. Lynn Fields, culinary journey was inspired by her father, the smoke master affectionately called “Pork Bones” for his perfectly seasoned and tender smoked pork bones. Cooking side-by-side with my father during his legendary backyard celebrations sparked my love for creating bold, soulful dishes that tell a story with every bite.
Together, we transformed our shared passion for comfort, hearty meals into a mobile food experience that warms hearts and bellies across Texas.
In 2017, Lynn Fields launched Saucy Nosh Food Truck, introducing a crave-worthy menu of hearty Jumbo Stuffed Fried Rolls, along with Healthy Wraps to the street food lovers. Every roll and wrap tell a story, each recipe carries a piece of home filled with nostalgia, love and culture.
Born and raised in Houston,Texas, the city’s grit, diversity, and vibrant food culture sparked the vision behind our Southern fusion rolls — bold, hand-held dishes are made for fast-paced, on-the-go dining. Perfect for food halls, concessions, and sporting events, these crave-worthy creations are built to match the energy of Space City.
As a proud minority woman entrepreneur, I’m excited to bring Saucy Nosh’s signature street-style creativity, unapologetic flavor, and Southern hospitality to Baltimore — a city that helped shape the next chapter of this Texas-born brand.
