Saucy Nosh started as a passion project inspired by family, flavor, and tradition. My culinary journey was inspired by my father, a true smoke master affectionately called “Pork Bones” for his perfectly seasoned and tender smoked pork bones, brisket and ribs.

Cooking side-by-side with my father during his legendary backyard celebrations sparked my love for creating bold, soulful dishes that tell a story with every bite. Together, we transformed our shared passion for comfort, hearty meals into a mobile food experience that warms hearts and bellies across Texas.

In March 2017, Lynn Fields launched Saucy Nosh Food Truck, bringing a variety of hearty Jumbo Stuffed Fried Rolls, Healthy Wraps & Bowls crave-worthy comfort food with a twist to the streets. Every roll tells a story, each recipe carries a piece of home filled with nostalgia, love and culture.

Over two decades in Technology, I turned my side hustle into Saucy Nosh Food Truck & Catering, my full-time passion. As a Black woman-owned brand, Saucy Nosh brings heart, flavor, community together through resilience and creativity.

As a minority woman entrepreneur, I’m proud to bring bold flavors, street-style creativity, and authentic Southern- Creole & Caribbean flavor to every bite.
